Buyers are protected in the following situations:
- The item received is significantly not as described (e.g., wrong size, colour, or damaged item not mentioned in the listing).
- The item does not arrive within the expected timeframe.
- The seller cancels the transaction after payment.
If any of the above occurs, the buyer must report the issue to Affare Doro within 2 days of delivery via the Platform. We may freeze the payment and assist in resolving the issue. Refunds may be issued if the claim is validated.
Buyers agree to:
- Make payments only through Affare Doro's payment system.
- Avoid direct transactions outside the Platform.
- Provide accurate delivery information.
14.2. Seller Protection
Sellers are protected in the following situations:
- The buyer falsely claims non-receipt or item not as described, and the seller has valid proof of shipment.
- The item is returned in a different condition than sent (e.g., damaged or swapped).
To be eligible for protection, sellers must:
- Ship the item within the indicated time (e.g., 1 business days).
- Use tracked shipping and retain a valid tracking number.
- Accurately describe the item in the listing and upload real photos.
If a dispute arises, Affare Doro will request evidence from both parties. Sellers may not receive payment until the issue is resolved.
14.3. Returns and Refunds
Affare Doro does not operate as a traditional retailer. Returns are only accepted in case of disputes where the item was:
- Misrepresented or fake.
