  • Account operation and legal obligations;
  • Transaction records (minimum 5 years as required by UAE law);
  • Dispute resolution or regulatory purposes.

After closure or expiration, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

  • Service Providers: Payment processor (Stripe), shipping partners, IT support.
