Affare Doro – Shipping Policy

Affare Doro is a UAE-based marketplace that facilitates shipping between individual sellers and buyers. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle delivery, what fees apply, and what happens if something goes wrong. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only. At this time we do not offer international shipping.
2. Shipping Fee
A flat shipping fee of 17.36 AED applies per order. This fee is charged to the buyer at checkout and covers door-to-door delivery within the UAE.
The shipping fee is non-refundable except in cases where the item is lost or damaged in transit (see our Return & Refund Policy).
3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location within the UAE and courier availability. We do not guarantee delivery on specific dates.
4. How Shipping Works
- Buyer places order — shipping fee is collected at checkout.
- Seller is notified — the seller has 0–2 business days to prepare and hand the item to the courier.
- Courier collects — our logistics partner picks up the parcel from the seller.
- Delivery to buyer — the courier delivers to the address provided at checkout within 1–3 business days of collection.
- 24-hour inspection window — once delivered, you have 24 hours to inspect the item and report any issue.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be available inside the Affare Doro app under Orders. You will receive a notification when your order is out for delivery.
6. Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your item is lost or arrives damaged due to shipping, you are eligible for a full refund of the item price and the buyer protection fee. Please report the issue within 24 hours of the expected or actual delivery date. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing an order. Affare Doro is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer. Additional re-delivery fees may apply.
